Sous mon Baobab is a collection of soft and beautiful baby items designed to be tender and graphic, perfect for gifting. Inspired by the open savannah sky and the natural beauty of the African plains, the collection features a range of characters including Paprika the lion plush toy, Bibiscus the giraffe toy, and Bergamote the elephant baby toy. These plush toys are made with soft linen, velour, and cotton materials. In natural and mineral colors mixing blue-grey with clay and ochre. Created by artist Elodie Coudray, the range offers a variety of items for all ages. It includes comforters, slippers, muslin cloths, hanging activity toys, fabric books, snow globes, and musical boxes. The concept
Sous mon Baobab, which translates to ‘Under my Baobab’ (tree), tells the story of three friends who have gathered out on the plains of the Savannah to tell stories, frolic through the grass, feel the cool breeze and watch the sun set. The collection was designed to be tender and graphic, while providing a range of soft, beautiful, baby items.
Meet the characters
While the range has grown over the years, the three main characters in Sous mon Baobab are Paprika the lion plush toy, Bibiscus the giraffe toy and Bergamote the elephant who comes in many forms such as an elephant baby toy. Each plush toy has their own personality and makes the perfect companion.

Originally conceptualised in watercolours by artist Elodie Coudray, Sous mon Baobab couples beautiful materials such as soft linen, velour and cotton, with gorgeous natural and mineral colours mixing blue-grey with clay and ochre. Designed to be versatile, this modern palette in simply beautiful.
