The concept
La Grande Famille has been part of Moulin Roty history since the range was first conceptualised in 1997 with the introduction of the much loved Nini the mouse.
The concept behind the collection was to create a range of adorable plush dolls, each of which comes fully dressed and has its own story to tell. Along with Nini, the family grew to include more lovable characters such as Sylvain who comes as rabbit stuffed toy, Julius who comes as a dog soft toy and Jeanne the plush toy duck. Over the years the range had continued to grow to include more adorable personalities such as Igor the wolf, Victor the badger, and Simon the raccoon.
Materials and colours
All La Grande Famille items are made from quality materials sourced from all over Europe including a mix of linens and cottons for soft items that are easy to wash and keep clean. The colour palette of the collection includes bright blues, reds and greens, coupled with lovely pinks and hints of subtle grey and brown.
What to expect
